Oracle HRMS Techno‑Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities
Oracle APEX Development :
Design and develop custom APEX applications, dashboards, workflows, and UI components.
Build interactive reports, forms, and responsive interfaces.
Integrate APEX solutions with Oracle EBS HCM through APIs and web services.
Configure dynamic actions, validations, business rules, and security frameworks.
Technical Development :
Develop and optimize PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and related objects.
Create and maintain BI Publisher/XML Publisher reports and layouts.
Build and support data conversion tools using SQL Loader, APIs, and custom scripts.
Design REST/SOAP integrations for seamless APEX–EBS interactions.
Data Management & Migration :
Execute data mapping, cleansing, validation, and migration activities.
Utilize SQL Loader, APIs, HDL (when required), and custom utilities for data loads.
Ensure high standards of data accuracy, security, and compliance.
System Enhancements & Support :
Troubleshoot APEX applications and perform SQL/PLSQL performance tuning.
Support system upgrades, patches, and regression testing across APEX and EBS modules.
Work closely with functional teams to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and support guides.
Required Skills :
Strong hands‑on experience in  Oracle HRMS ,  Oracle APEX , and  OAF .
Proficiency in PL/SQL, BI Publisher, integrations, and data migration.
Ability to design scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
