Workday Reporting Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities
Workday Reporting & Analytics
Develop and maintain custom Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Trending).
Build and manage calculated fields across multiple business objects.
Configure and maintain reporting security, including row‑level security and security domains.
Support BAU reporting requests, perform data validation, and troubleshoot reporting issues.
Maintain Discovery Boards, dashboards, and scheduled reports.
Cross‑Functional Support :
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable reporting insights.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, and other modules.
Support reporting needs for integrations, EIBs, and downstream systems.
System Enhancements :
Participate in Workday release testing and update impacted reports or calculated fields.
Document report specifications, logic, technical definitions, and data dictionaries.
Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and improve efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications :
3–4 years of hands‑on experience in  Workday Reporting  and  Calculated Fields .
Strong understanding of Workday  business objects ,  effective‑dated reporting , and  data structures .
Knowledge of  EIBs ,  integrations , and  security configurations .
Excellent analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and support multiple functional areas.
