Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Senior Presales Consultant / Solution Architect. The selected candidate will be responsible for understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, collaborating with teams to design frameworks, and delivering comprehensive proposals and presentations. Additionally, responsibilities will include conducting product demonstrations, assisting in project scoping, and ensuring solutions align with business requirements and client objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Win Contribution
Participate actively in client meetings, solution discussions, demos, and negotiations
Design practical, scalable, and business-aligned technical solutions
Ensure strong alignment between customer requirements and proposed solutions
Improve conversion rate of technical proposals into successful wins
Proposal Ownership & Commercial Structuring
Independently prepare detailed technical and functional proposals
Develop solution architecture documents, scope definitions, and effort estimations
Respond to RFI/RFP documents with structured, compelling technical responses
Present proposals confidently to decision-makers and stakeholders
Work closely with Sales to structure commercials and finalize solution positioning
Handle large and complex proposal submissions
Solution Design, Scoping & Estimation
Own project scoping, estimation, and feasibility validation
Conduct structured requirement gathering and technical qualification
Build customized demos and deliver Proof of Concepts (POCs)
Provide first-line technical support during evaluations
Ensure proposed solutions are implementable and delivery-aligned
Project Planning & Risk Management
Prepare implementation plans, timelines, and resource estimations
Identify risks and define mitigation strategies during pre-sales
Ensure pre-sales commitments align with delivery capabilities
Coordinate with Sales, Delivery, and Support teams for seamless execution
Standardization & Capability Building
Create reusable solution blueprints and architecture templates
Develop best practices and documentation standards
Identify technical skill gaps and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions
Participate in continuous improvement and internal training initiatives

Requirements    3+ years of hands-on experience in Zoho Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting / Solution Architecture
Strong functional and technical expertise in  Zoho One ecosystem , including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, Zoho People, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Campaigns, and related applications
Proven experience in  designing and architecting end-to-end Zoho solutions  across multiple business functions
Experience in  Zoho integrations  (third-party integrations, APIs, webhooks, Deluge scripting)
Strong understanding of  Zoho customization, automation workflows, and solution scalability
Proven ability to independently prepare and present detailed technical proposals and solution architecture documents
Demonstrated experience handling  large, complex, and high-value Zoho proposals
Expertise in technical scoping, effort estimation, feasibility validation, and commercial alignment
Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask and work in high-pressure, target-driven environments
High ownership mindset with strong accountability
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
