Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Manage and grow brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, Twitter/X, and You Tube
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, carousels, videos)
Track trends, hashtags, and viral formats to keep the brand relevant
Engage with audiences, respond to comments & DMs, and build active communities
Digital Marketing Campaigns
Plan and execute paid campaigns across Meta, Google, Linked In, and Tik Tok Ads
Implement conversion tracking, A/B testing, and audience segmentation
Optimize campaigns for ROI, CTR, CPC, lead generation, and ROAS
Manage and allocate monthly ad budgets effectively
Content Strategy & Creation
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with business goals
Write compelling captions, scripts, and ad copy
Collaborate with designers and video teams for high-quality creatives
Repurpose content across platforms (blogs → reels → carousels)
Analytics & Reporting
Track performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and platform insights
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on reach, engagement, conversions, and ROAS
Identify top-performing content and scale winning strategies
