Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven  US Staffing-Account Manager  to manage client relationships, drive account growth, and oversee delivery operations within the US staffing division. The ideal candidate should have strong experience handling direct clients/VMS/MSP accounts and ensuring successful fulfillment of IT staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow existing US staffing accounts (Direct Clients/VMS/MSP).
Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and escalations.
Coordinate with recruiters and delivery teams to ensure timely submissions and placements.
Drive revenue growth through account expansion and new requirement acquisition.
Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and submission-to-placement ratios.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in US IT Staffing.
Proven experience managing Direct Clients / VMS / MSP accounts.
Strong understanding of US recruitment lifecycle and staffing models (C2C, W2, 1099).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience working in night shift (US time zones).
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
