Job Title : Scrum Master - Infra & Cloud

Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Coach the team on Agile and Scrum principles and best practices
Remove impediments and help the team stay focused on sprint goals
Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog
Support the team in delivering committed sprint outcomes on time
Promote collaboration and transparency across cross-functional teams
Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and sprint progress
Ability to understand and represent both the business and technology
Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Manage project conflicts, challenges and dynamic business requirements to keep operations running at a high performance
Support Agile transformation and maturity across the organization
Required
Skills & Qualifications
5 years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe is a plus)
Certified Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner, Certified Team Coach, or SAFe
Proven experience as a Scrum Master for one or more Scrum teams
Experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, or similar
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to coach teams and stakeholders at different levels
