SAP FICO Lead consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Lead Consultant to manage and deliver end-to-end SAP Finance and Controlling solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong domain knowledge in finance, hands-on SAP FICO configuration experience, and the ability to lead implementation and support projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle SAP FICO implementations (Blueprinting to Go-Live & Support)
Configure and customize SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
Handle integration with other SAP modules like MM, SD, PP, etc.
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
Provide production support and resolve critical issues
Lead and mentor a team of consultants
Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams
Ensure compliance with financial and statutory regulations

Required Skills:

8+ years of SAP FICO experience
Strong hands-on experience in:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Asset Accounting (AA)
Cost Center Accounting
Profit Center Accounting
Internal Orders
Experience in S/4

HANA (preferred)
Strong understanding of integration with MM & SD
Good client-facing and communication skills
