Job Summary:
Handling Day to day incidents, work requests, enhancements, production tickets and ad-hoc requests

* 7 application support for airlines systems and other custom applications including integrations
Closing the assigned incidents as per SLAs and capturing all SLA metrics correctly and on time
Completing Documentation and update Application Understanding Documents
Update the activity on Service Now and JIRA on daily basis towards closure
Responsible for testing all applications during patching activities on all the servers
Co-ordinate with customer infra and business teams for closure of incidents
Preferably a BE/BTech graduate
Airline Domain knowledge or worked in mission critical Application Support/Service Delivery 24
* 7 support teams
Ready to work in 24
* 7 rotational shifts
Excellent business communication skills
