Job Description:

A Cloud Architect is an IT professional responsible for designing building and managing organizations cloud computing strategy and infrastructure They oversee cloud adoption application design and security ensuring solutions are scalable secure and cost-effective often working with platforms like AWS Azure or GCP

Key Responsibilities
Cloud Strategy Design Develop and implement robust cloud migration and adoption strategies that align with business goals
Infrastructure Management Design deploy and monitor cloud systems including servers' networks and storage
Security Compliance Ensure all cloud systems adhere to security protocols industry standards and data protection regulations
Optimization Analyze and optimize cloud costs performance and efficiency reducing overhead
Collaboration Work with developers IT teams and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and implement new scalable solutions

Required

Skills and Qualifications
Technical Expertise Strong knowledge of cloud platforms AWS Microsoft Azure Google Cloud Platform and architecture patterns
Experience Generally requires 3.5 years of experience in cloud computing IT infrastructure or software development
Technical Skills Proficiency in scripting languages eg Python Ruby JSON Go networking and database management
Certifications Professional certifications are highly valued such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect Google Professional Cloud Architect or Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect
Soft Skills Strong communication problem-solving and project management skills
