We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Data Loading, Reporting, and Integrations within Oracle HCM Cloud.
Key
Skills Required:
✔ End-to-end Data Conversion using HCM Data Loader (HDL)
✔ Handling complex objects like Worker & Payroll data conversion
✔ Developing BI Publisher (BIP) reports with Advanced Delivery & eText templates
✔ Creating OTBI Reports & Dashboards
✔ Building complex HCM Extracts (Interfaces & Changes-only extracts)
✔ Writing Fast Formula (Absence / Time & Labor / Payroll)
✔ Working with REST APIs & Integrations
✔ Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) – Good to have
We are looking for someone with strong technical expertise, hands-on implementation experience, and the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
