What you’ll do:
Manage + optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI (Search, Display, Performance Max)
Monitor performance, analyze results, and report insights to stakeholders
Run keyword research, bid management, and A/B tests
Write and test compelling ad copy for targeted campaigns
Collaborate with marketing + content teams to align strategy, messaging, landing pages
Use Google Analytics + tracking tools to improve conversions and efficiency
Support Google Business Profile (GMB/GBP) recovery + management :
Troubleshoot suspensions, reinstatement workflows, and verification issues
Maintain listing accuracy (NAP, categories, services), posting, and optimization
Improve local visibility and lead flow via GBP best practices
What we’re looking for:
Strong experience in Google Ads / PPC / campaign optimization
Confident with keyword research, bidding, and split testing
Analytical mindset with clear reporting and decision-making
Understanding of audience targeting + conversion rate optimization
Hands-on experience with GBP recovery, reinstatements, and ongoing management
Strong communication + self-management in a remote environment
Google Ads Certification preferred
Marketing/Business degree is a plus
Remote. Full-time. Performance-driven role.
