We are seeking a skilled Presales Proposal Specialist to own the complete end-to-end proposal and RFP lifecycle . You will transform complex technical and business discussions—especially around AI, Generative AI, cloud, and enterprise transformation—into compelling, executive-ready proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), commercial models, and supporting documentation that win high-value deals.
This high-visibility role sits at the intersection of Sales, Solution Engineering, Delivery, Finance, and Leadership. You will not only respond to RFPs but proactively shape how Techolution communicates differentiated value, mitigates risks, and positions quantifiable business outcomes for C-level stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, and business leaders).

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full end-to-end proposal and RFP management process , from initial opportunity qualification to final submission.
Prepare, draft, and refine high-quality proposals, executive summaries, Statements of Work (SOWs), commercial documents, pricing schedules , and supporting artifacts.
Synthesize client discovery sessions, requirements, and technical discussions into clearly defined scope, solution architecture, delivery methodology, timelines, assumptions, dependencies, exclusions, and risk profiles.
Collaborate closely with Sales to align proposals with client business goals, competitive landscape, and win themes.
Partner with Delivery, Engineering, and AI specialists to validate technical feasibility, effort estimates, solution design, and execution approach—particularly for AI/GenAI, cloud, modernization, and automation programs.
Work with Finance to develop pricing models, validate margins, ensure commercial viability, and incorporate outcome-based or consulting-led pricing structures.
Articulate compelling business value, ROI calculations, transformation benefits, efficiency gains, and risk mitigation in language that resonates with enterprise executives.
Identify and clearly document risks, dependencies, assumptions, and exclusions to safeguard project success and protect commercial interests.
Manage multiple concurrent proposals/RFPs under tight deadlines while upholding exceptional quality and consistency.
Contribute to continuous improvement by enhancing proposal templates, reusable content libraries, case studies, win themes, and knowledge repositories for faster, higher-quality responses.
Required Qualifications &
Experience:
Hands-on experience in proposal management, presales support, bid management, or RFP response within IT services, consulting, digital transformation, or technology organizations.
Proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder proposals and RFPs for enterprise clients (US/global experience strongly preferred).
Strong domain knowledge of enterprise delivery models in AI/Generative AI, cloud platforms, application development/modernization, data engineering, or automation initiatives.
Exceptional ability to take ambiguous or technical inputs and convert them into structured, clear, executable, and client-centric proposals.
Outstanding written communication skills with demonstrated success crafting executive-level narratives, summaries, and value propositions.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities and cross-functional collaboration.
