We are looking for an experienced Kinaxis Technical Consultant to design, develop, configure, and maintain Kinaxis Rapid Response (Maestro) solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Kinaxis platform authoring, scripting, analytics, integration, and data management, combined with a strong understanding of supply chain planning processes.
This is a hands-on technical role requiring the ability to translate business requirements into robust Kinaxis configurations and deliver quality solutions across the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Kinaxis Platform Technical Development
• Design, author, and configure Kinaxis Rapid Response / Maestro workbooks, worksheets, alerts, metrics, scorecards, and dashboards
• Develop and maintain scripts, macros, automation tasks, task flows, and forms within the Kinaxis platform
• Build and optimize custom analytics, including Netting, CTP (Capable-to-Promise), FLP, and Attribute-Based Planning
• Create and manage data models, custom tables, and resource configurations aligned with business requirements
• Perform system configuration, package management, and environment administration
Integration & Data Management
• Design and implement end-to-end data integrations between Kinaxis and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Develop inbound and outbound interfaces using Data Transfer Client (DTC), Kinaxis APIs (REST/SOAP), flat files, and ETL tools
• Perform data mapping, data validation, transformation scripting, and data quality management
• Manage integration architectures across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve data flow issues, import/export errors, and integration failures
Project Delivery & Collaboration
• Participate in all phases of Kinaxis implementation: discovery, design, build, test, deploy, and hypercare
• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and solution designs
• Conduct unit testing, performance testing, regression testing, and support UAT activities
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and client stakeholders
• Create technical documentation including design specs, configuration guides, and runbooks
• Mentor and guide junior developers on Kinaxis best practices

Required Qualifications
• 4 – 10 years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response / Maestro
• Minimum 1–2 full-cycle Kinaxis implementation projects
• Strong technical understanding of Kinaxis data model, resource design, and system architecture
• Experience integrating Kinaxis with at least one major ERP system (SAP, Oracle, JDE)
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (JavaScript, Python)
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
• Kinaxis Certification:
Author Level 2/3, Solution Consultant Level 1/2, or Integration Developer Certification
• Supply Chain
Certifications:
APICS-CPIM, CSCP, or similar supply chain certifications
• Experience with Kinaxis Maestro (latest platform evolution)
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Talend, Informatica, or SAP Data Services
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) in integration architectures
• Exposure to additional supply chain planning tools (SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, o9 Solutions)
• Agile / Scrum methodology experience
