Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Configure and customize Service Now IRM modules (Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management).
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations within the Service Now platform.
Required Skills &
Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of experience in Service Now development and administration, with a focus on IRM/GRC modules.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles and compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Service Now scripting, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Experience with Service Now reporting and performance analytics.
• Knowledge of Service Now architecture and best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
