About the Job

We are seeking a highly strategic and hands-on  Global Learning & Development Partner  to lead the design, implementation, and global rollout of an enterprise-wide AI Literacy Program. This role plays a critical part in building future-ready capabilities and advancing AI readiness across markets, while directly supporting the Global Head of Learning on key global Learning & Development (L&D) priorities.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with strong execution capabilities, driving impactful global learning initiatives  will collaborate closely with Technology teams, global learning functions, external vendors, and senior business stakeholders to embed AI literacy across roles, levels, and geographies while ensuring measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities
AI Literacy Program Leadership
Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of the global AI Literacy Program in partnership with Technology and cross-functional teams.
Build and implement a holistic AI literacy framework embedded across roles, levels, and markets.
Manage the full program lifecycle including strategy, instructional design, deployment planning, communications, reporting, and continuous improvement.
Oversee and manage vendor partnerships to deliver high-quality, scalable, and modern learning solutions.
Global Learning & Development Initiatives
Support the Global Head of Learning on enterprise-wide capability-building priorities.
Contribute to digital learning platform rollouts, people-manager capability programs, and global learning operations initiatives.
Partner with global learning teams and central MSP partners to assess business needs and co-create impactful learning solutions.
Stakeholder & Project Management
Engage senior stakeholders across regions and functions within a complex global matrix environment.
Drive governance, progress tracking, risk mitigation, and reporting across all assigned programs.
Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of global learning initiatives cess Metrics
Training effectiveness (participant satisfaction, skill uplift, post-training impact).
Program reach and completion rates across regions and functions.
Measurable capability uplift in AI fluency and role-based competencies.
Operational excellence including on-time delivery and vendor performance.
Demonstrated business impact and return on investment.

Qualifications & Skills
University degree in Business, HR, or related field.
10–15 years of experience, with at least 5 years leading regional or global L&D initiatives in multinational environments.
Strong experience designing and delivering strategic learning programs, ideally in AI, digital, or tech-enabled learning environments.
Proven expertise in vendor management and partnership-based learning solution design.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and modern learning technologies.
Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven program reporting and impact measurement.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior global stakeholders.
Experience working in cross-cultural, global environments.
