The Infrastructure Domain in Information Technology manages and maintains the client/server hardware and software that underpin an organization’s computing environment. This domain covers various responsibilities, from IT logistics, virtualization, storage, containers, integration technologies, to data center management.
What you’ll do:

As a Managed File Transfer Engineer you will embark on a new journey with us as we move to a new product. We are migrating our current infrastructure and all our customers with it. This is an exciting move that will help us improve our Self-Service offering. You will be joining a team that provides a vital service to the enterprise and working to position it for success going forward.
Maintenance and Support:
Perform regular maintenance and updates to IT systems, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and support end-users.
Troubleshooting:
Resolve complex technical issues escalated from Level 1 and Level 2 support teams, providing expert-level troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Security Management:
Implement and manage security measures to protect IT infrastructure from cyber threats and ensure compliance with security policies.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other IT professionals, including network engineers, system administrators, and security specialists, to ensure seamless integration and operation of IT systems.

Minimum Qualifications
- Education & Prior Job
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
3+ years of demonstrable ‘hands-on’ IT work experience supporting and resolving diverse PC desktop software and hardware issues
Must be willing to work varying shifts (Day, Night, Split, or weekends)

Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
Airline Industry experience
Skills, Licenses &
Certifications:
All candidates will need 3+ years’ experience with:
Familiarity with managed file transfer technologies

FTP Protocol/Technologies - FTPS, SFTP, UNC, PGP encryption Public rivate
Understand data security, privacy and controls related to file transfers PCI/PII
Knowledge of Windows and Linux a plus
Familiarity with workflow and ITSM tools and ticketing systems
