SharePoint Online Administration Deep understanding of site collections permissions and governance
Security Compliance Knowledge of Microsoft security features DLP and conditional access
Power Shell Scripting Essential for automation administration and advanced configuration tasks
Custom Development Skilled in React Type Script and JavaScript for SPFx solutions
API Integration Proficient in working with REST APIs and Graph API for SharePoint and M365
Troubleshooting Performance Optimization Strong problem solving skills for complex SharePoint environments

Goodto Have Skills
Backend Administration Capable of managing SharePoint services configurations and performance tuning
Microsoft Teams M365 Ecosystem Understanding of Teams integration and collaboration features
Other Security Tools Familiarity with security tools within the Microsoft ecosystem
Web Technologies Knowledge of CSS HTML for UI customization and branding
