Job Description:
We are looking for SailPoint Developers with 5+ years of experience to join our IAM team. The ideal candidate will work on identity governance solutions using SailPoint Identity
IQ (IIQ), focusing on integrating, customizing, and optimizing IAM workflows to meet business and security needs.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure SailPoint IIQ features like provisioning, access reviews, role management, and reporting.
- Develop custom workflows, rules, connectors, and plugins within SailPoint Identity
IQ.
- Integrate SailPoint IIQ with enterprise applications, Active Directory, and HR systems.
- Work with APIs and connectors to onboard applications for identity governance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity provisioning and access management.
- Support implementation phases including development, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Collaborate with security and application teams to understand requirements and deliver IAM solutions.
- Follow best practices in code development and documentation.
Required Skills:
- Good understanding of SailPoint IIQ features like lifecycle management, roles, certifications, policies, and workflows.
- Experience in Java programming for development within SailPoint IIQ.
- Basic to advanced experience with directory services (Active Directory, LDAP, etc.).
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and connector configurations for app integration.
- Exposure to scripting languages like Power Shell or Python for automation.
- Understanding of IAM concepts like RBAC, provisioning, access requests, and compliance.
Primary
Skills:
- Hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ implementations or.
- Exposure to agile methodology and tools like Jira.
- Knowledge of identity security standards and compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with Dev Ops pipelines and CI/CD is a plus.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
- 5+ years of relevant IAM/SailPoint IIQ experience.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated, quick learner, and problem-solver.
