I’m currently hiring for a Delivery Lead role within TEKsystems Global Services (TGS) in India, supporting enterprise customers and consultants across the globe.

customers, consultants, delivery teams, sales, finance and leadership teams helping ensure engagements run smoothly while building strong relationships and driving operational excellence.

About us
TEKsystems Global Services (TGS) provides a continuum of services ranging from mobilising Capacity based solutions to full outsourcing of Digital Transformation & Enterprise Modernisation services which enable our customers to drive business growth through technology solutions. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Delivery Lead to join our Delivery organisation supporting consultants, customers, and operational engagements across the region.
This role sits within our Capacity Services business, where our customers own the delivery outcome of their projects while TGS provides structured consultant and engagement support. The Delivery Lead therefore becomes the consultative & operational owner of the engagement relationship, acting as the bridge between consultants, customers, and internal teams.
Why this role is interesting
This is a highly people-oriented role sitting at the intersection of delivery, operations, relationship management, and stakeholder coordination.
It is not a traditional Project Manager role, not a deeply technical engineering position, and not a passive coordination role. Instead, this position requires someone who enjoys building relationships, solving operational challenges, supporting consultants, managing stakeholders, and navigating fast-moving environments where priorities can change quickly.
You will work closely with consultants, clients, sales teams, operations, finance, and delivery leadership while helping ensure engagements run smoothly and proactively.
Although this is considered one of the more junior roles within the broader delivery organisation, the role itself requires significant maturity, ownership mentality, emotional intelligence, and confidence working across multiple stakeholders and situations independently.

What you’ll be doing
As a Delivery Lead, you will act as the central operational point between consultants, customers, sales, finance, operations, and delivery leadership teams. You will be responsible for maintaining strong consultant and customer relationships, supporting engagement quality, managing operational follow-through, and helping resolve challenges or escalations across engagements.
