Deep troubleshooting + root cause analysis
Automation mindset (reduce incidents)
Strong cloud + Kubernetes experience
Dev Ops maturity (CI/CD, infra as code)
Ecommerce domain preferred
On-call readiness
Must-Have Skills (Priority Order)
Tier 1 (Critical)
SRE experience (5+ years)
Azure or GCP hands-on
Kubernetes (AKS/GKE)
CI/CD (Git Hub Actions specifically)
Monitoring (Splunk / Grafana / Dynatrace)
Incident management & RCA
Terraform / Ansible
Tier 2 (Strong Advantage)
API-based architecture experience
Microservices troubleshooting
