Key Responsibilities:
Own and execute SEO strategy aligned with business and growth goals
Drive organic traffic growth with a focus on high-intent, conversion-driven keywords
Optimize website pages and landing experiences for lead generation and conversion
Develop and support SEO-driven content strategies, including blogs, landing pages, and solution pages
Improve conversion rates from organic traffic through enhanced user experience, content optimization, and compelling CTAs
Manage and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Linked In, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and You Tube to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
Create, schedule, and optimize social media content while monitoring audience engagement and campaign performance
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure alignment between SEO, content marketing, and social media initiatives
Partner with sales and marketing teams to align on MQL and SQL quality
Track and analyze performance across traffic, engagement, conversions, social media metrics, and pipeline contribution
Leverage tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and social media analytics platforms
Support technical SEO improvements and overall website health
Continuously optimize campaigns and digital marketing efforts based on performance insights and business priorities
What We’re Looking For
6–10 years of experience in SEO, growth marketing, or demand generation
Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and conversion funnels
Proven ability to drive organic traffic that converts into leads (MQLs / SQLs)
Experience working with SaaS, technology, or services-based businesses
Hands-on experience with:
SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Search Console)
Analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio)
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment
Preferred Background
Experience in AI, SaaS, or product-led growth environments
Exposure to GEO / AEO / AI search optimization
Experience working with CRM tools (Hub Spot, Salesforce, etc.)
Understanding of organic + paid growth integration
