Oracle HCM Consultant

Nalsoft, a premier Oracle Specialized Partner, is looking for dynamic and ambitious  Oracle HCM Functional Consultants  with  3–6 years of experience  in implementing Oracle HCM modules, including  Core HR, Payroll, and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) , to join our growing Enterprise Applications Practice.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for high-potential consultants to accelerate their careers by working on challenging and rewarding implementation projects. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working at client locations, engaging directly with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, driving solution design, and coordinating effectively with offshore teams to ensure successful and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation projects.
Conduct business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops.
Configure and implement Oracle Core HR, Payroll, and OTL modules.
Support testing activities, user training, and go-live deployments.
Collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Coordinate with offshore teams and ensure project milestones are achieved within agreed timelines.

Skills & Experience:

3–6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Core HR, Payroll, and OTL.
Experience in requirement analysis, configuration, testing, and user support.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel and work at onsite client locations as required.
