Job Description
Spearhead the design development and deployment of generative AI and large language model operations LLMOps solutions tailored to complex business requirements Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate AI driven automation and intelligence into IT operations Drive innovation by researching and implementing cutting edge GenAI technologies frameworks and methodologies Ensure scalability reliability and performance optimization of AI models and platforms Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in generative AI and large language models to maintain competitive advantage Facilitate knowledge sharing and foster a culture of continuous learning within the AI engineering community Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead end to end lifecycle management of GenAI and LLMOps projects including planning execution and delivery Architect and implement robust AI pipelines for model training deployment monitoring and maintenance Collaborate with data scientists engineers and product managers to ensure alignment of AI solutions with organizational goals Establish best practices and standards for AI engineering within the AIOPS framework Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce operational overhead using AI technologies Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and midlevel engineers Conduct code reviews performance tuning and troubleshooting for AI systems Engage with clients and stakeholders to communicate technical concepts and project progress effectively Ensure compliance with ethical AI guidelines and data privacy regulations throughout AI solution development
