SAP ABAP Technical Consultant / Senior ABAP Developer

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant with 8–10 years of strong technical expertise in SAP development and support projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP ECC and S/4
HANA environments, working across multiple SAP modules and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and support SAP ABAP objects in SAP ECC and S/4
HANA systems.
Develop and enhance:
Reports (Classical, ALV, Interactive)
Interfaces
Conversions
Enhancements
Forms (Smart Forms / Adobe Forms / SAP Scripts)
OData services
CDS Views
AMDP
Work on:
User Exits
BADI
Enhancement Framework
Workflow integrations
Develop APIs and integrations using:
IDoc
RFC
BAPI
REST/SOAP services
SAP CPI integration support
Support Fiori applications and backend OData developments.
Perform performance tuning and code optimization.
Collaborate with functional consultants across modules like FICO, MM, SD, PM, PS, and RAR.
Participate in incident management, problem management, enhancements, and rollout activities.
Prepare technical specifications, unit test documents, and support documentation.
Follow SAP best practices, governance standards, and transport management processes.

SAP Workflow
Experience in S/4
HANA custom developments and code remediation.
Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP UI5 is preferred.
Experience with SAP CPI integrations is an added advantage.
Good understanding of SAP authorization concepts and debugging.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience in AMS support and implementation projects.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery models.
Experience working with global customers and multiple time zones.
Telecom, Aerospace, or Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
Nice to Have
SAP ABAP certification
Exposure to SAP BTP developments
Knowledge of AI-based SAP tools and automation
