This role is responsible for leading complex, multidomain technology delivery programs for global customers, with a strong focus on Japanese stakeholder engagement. The position requires deep expertise in Agile and Hybrid delivery models, executive level communication, delivery governance, and financial management. The role partners closely with business, engineering, vendors, and leadership teams to ensure successful execution, predictability, and value realization across large scale programs.

What You'll Do
Lead and manage complex, multidomain delivery programs across technology and business teams
Drive Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery models (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe as applicable)
Coordinate cross functional teams including engineering, QA, business, vendors, and partners
Own delivery planning, execution, and governance across the project lifecycle
Manage executive level communication, program updates, and steering committee reporting, especially with Korean clients and stakeholders
Own project planning, scheduling, and tracking using MS Project, Planner, Excel, and related tools
Drive risk, issue, and dependency management (RAID) with proactive mitigation strategies
Oversee financial tracking, cost control, and forecasting (ACR / ECIF exposure desirable for Microsoft delivery)
Manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure aligned delivery outcomes
Ensure adherence to delivery metrics, SLAs, quality standards, and compliance requirements
Expertise You'll Bring
10+ years of experience in project / delivery management for large scale IT programs
Strong experience managing Agile and Hybrid delivery environments
Proven ability to manage cross functional and geographically distributed teams
Excellent Korean and English communication skills, including executive stakeholder management
Handson expertise in planning, scheduling, and reporting (MS Project, Planner, Excel)
Strong experience in delivery governance, status reporting, and metrics tracking
Solid understanding of risk, issue, and dependency management frameworks
Experience with financial tracking and forecasting; ACR / ECIF knowledge is a plus
Strong problem-solving, decision making, and stakeholder influence skills
