Responsibilities
Mon–Wed — Ship experiments.  Design and launch new campaigns on channels that don't have a playbook yet. Most will flop. A few will work. That's the job.
Thu — Read the data.  Funnels, conversion, CAC, drop-offs. Write up what happened in a doc the team will challenge.
Fri — Scale the winners.  Take what worked small and figure out what it takes to run 10x bigger — systems, SOPs, cross-team handoffs.
Run event-led growth:  bootcamps, challenges, cohorts, on-ground activations, campus programs, community-led campaigns. Anywhere people show up, learn, compete, and bring their friends.
Build tool-led growth:  AI-powered landing pages, SEO/AEO/GEO for student-led websites, content systems, Whats App flows, referral mechanics, AI-powered tools, automated funnels. Anywhere product does the compounding.
Chase any channel that earns its place  — paid, partnerships, creator, influencer, untested experiments. All fair game.
Work directly with Product, CRM, Tech, Content, and Marketing  — write briefs, unblock builds, sit in reviews, push launches out.

Qualifications & Skills
3rd year student, any discipline.
Has shipped something to real users , a community, a channel, a newsletter, a side project, a campus campaign. Small is fine. Real is required.
Uses AI tools as a reflex ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, n8n, Zapier, Lovable, Cursor. Reaches for them without being told to.
Writes clearly and thinks in numbers. No fluff in Slack. No fear of spreadsheets.
Bonus:  experience running events, hackathons, bootcamps, or cohort-style programs.
Bonus:  has touched SEO, content, Whats App, or cold outreach that actually worked.
Qualities we'd love to find in you
Slope over pedigree.  Where you're heading matters more than where you started.
Bias to ship.  Prefers  shipped and imperfect  over  perfect and pending.
Comfortable in ambiguity.  0-to-1 has no template. You build the template.
Builder's instinct.  Sees a broken funnel or a missing tool and starts fixing it before anyone assigns it.
Team-sport energy.  You play one or you bring that mindset into how you work.

PPO track to full-time Growth Associate, based on performance.

Package  : 25K Internship stipend 3-6 months and then PPO depending upon performance
