Job Description
Position:  Vision

PLUS Tester

Location:

Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai and Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Vision PLUS system modules (CMS, FAS, TRAMS).
Conduct functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing to identify issues and ensure system reliability.
Collaborate with system analysts, developers, and business users to understand module functionalities and testing requirements.
Document test results, report defects, and verify defect resolution.
Ensure all modules are tested according to compliance and quality standards.
Maintain detailed testing records and generate test execution reports.
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Support deployment activities by executing pre- and post-deployment testing as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience testing Vision PLUS systems, preferably in a banking or financial environment.
Strong understanding of CMS, FAS, and TRAMS modules within Vision PLUS.

Experience with manual and automated testing tools and techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills to effectively report findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple testing tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance standards, and software development lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications:

Working knowledge of scripting languages for automation.

Experience with other banking software testing tools and platforms.
Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB)
