 Proven experience defining and driving enterprise scale test strategies
 Strong Telecom domain experience, preferably in Corporate, billing, revenue, finance, or accounting systems
 Ability to build and maintain a structured domain knowledge repository
 Deep understanding of the end to end testing lifecycle
 Strong knowledge of functional and non functional testing
 Expertise in testing processes, standards, and quality governance
 Well versed in modern testing tool chains and automation frameworks
 Exposure to AI enabled testing and analytics
 Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and communication skills
