GTM Engineer

We’re building an AI SaaS and workflow automation consulting practice focused on small and medium businesses across India. We’re hiring two GTM Engineers based in Hyderabad or Bangalore. We're an early-stage, high-trust, high-performing team of Senior management professionals with expertise in sales, product, and operations management at Big Tech.

What you’ll do
Visit and engage SMBs to understand how they actually run day-to-day operations.
Map business processes and workflows (sales, ops, finance, support, etc.) and spot where automation and AI remove friction, errors, or delay.
Turn those insights into clear, practical recommendations and deployment-ready applications (using Claude / Cursor / no-code or low-code where it fits) so stakeholders can see the value before full build-out.
Work closely with leadership on pilots, demos, and handoffs for delivery.

What we’re looking for
Strong communication and curiosity; comfortable talking to owners and ops teams, not only “tech people.”
Ability to structure problems: ask good questions, document flows, prioritize impact.
Hands-on comfort with modern AI-assisted building (prompting, iterating in Claude/Cursor, scripting small automations, APIs where needed).
0–3 years acceptable if you can show side projects, internships, or freelance work that proves you can ship small automations end-to-end.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings when required.

Location
Hyderabad or Bangalore (hybrid / field-heavy depending on clients).

Compensation
Up to ₹30,000 - 55,000/month + Bonus based on lead conversion + Basic incentives (Gym, workdesk,  tokens etc.,)
