Senior Power Platform Developer
Role
Summary:
The Senior Power Platform Developer is responsible for designing, architecting, and delivering enterprise-scale automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The role requires deep expertise in Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), Power Apps, and Dataverse, along with strong integration capabilities using .NET and Azure services.
This position also involves technical leadership, mentoring teams, and driving automation strategy across enterprise programs.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Development
Architect and deliver complex automation solutions using Power Automate (Cloud Flows and Desktop/RPA).
Build and lead development of:
Canvas Apps
Model-Driven Apps
Power Pages
Implement advanced flow logic, error handling, and custom connectors.
Platform Customization & Integration
Customize Dataverse and Model-Driven Apps using:
Java Script
C# Plugins
Business Rules
Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure services, SQL Server, and .NET-based systems.
Design scalable API integrations and enterprise integration patterns.
Governance & Dev Ops
Define and manage ALM strategies, environment setup, and deployment processes.
Implement governance standards, security controls, and best practices.
Support CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops processes.
Leadership & Collaboration
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable automation solutions.
Lead technical discussions and decision-making.
Conduct peer reviews and mentor junior developers.
Establish coding standards and development best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience
5–7 years of overall experience in Power Platform development.
Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale automation solutions.
Technical Skills
Strong expertise in:
Power Automate (Cloud Flows & Desktop/RPA)
Power Apps (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages)
Dataverse
Strong knowledge of:
SQL Server
Integration patterns and API development
C# plugin development and JavaScript customization
Experience working with .NET-based systems.
Additional Skills
Experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps) is preferred.
Familiarity with Dev Ops pipelines and CI/CD practices.
Leadership & Communication
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
