RESPONSIBILITIES

Demand/Enhancement Management
Understand business requirement of store POS system: stakeholder identification; capture goals, pain points, and constraints
Map as‑is/to‑be processes; identify gaps and impacts
Coordinate with professional team for demands/enhancements delivery
Execute UAT with market stakeholders and coordination for issue validation and fixing.
Coordination for post go-live issue fixing and validation
Get feedback from market stakeholder for benefits.

Problem Management
Monitor the trend of incident tickets and service request tickets, identify opportunity to deduct the number of tickets by problem resolution;
Coordinate with professional team for problem resolution
Execute UAT with market stakeholders and coordination for issue validation and fixing.

Supporting Market Projects:
Coordinate from POS side with market project team;
Supporting for market big events
Supporting other activities of market

PROFILE
At least 3 years experience of CEGID POS
Excellent of communication skills in both Mandarin and English
Excellent of relationship management with client
Can work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in parallel
Work on site in client's shanghai office in Jianan temple area.
ITIL certification
