Business Development Manager – Service Now Practice

About the Opportunity
We are expanding our Service Now practice and are looking for a driven Business Development Manager who enjoys opening doors, building relationships, and closing meaningful deals.
In this role, you will help grow our Service Now services business by identifying new opportunities, engaging with global clients, and positioning our consulting and implementation capabilities. You will work closely with our solution architects and delivery teams to help organizations transform their operations using the Service Now platform.

What You Will Be Doing
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Service Now consulting and implementation services .
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with enterprise and mid-market clients.
Lead the entire sales journey — from initial outreach and discovery conversations to proposals and deal closure.
Develop relationships with CIOs, IT leaders, and digital transformation stakeholders .
Collaborate with solution architects, pre-sales specialists, and delivery teams to design the right solutions for clients.
Participate in client discussions, presentations, and solution workshops .
Maintain visibility of opportunities, pipeline, and forecasts through CRM tools.
Work closely with global colleagues in India and the US to deliver the best outcomes for clients.
What We Are Looking For
Around 6–8 years of experience in business development or sales within IT services or technology consulting.
2 to 3 years of experience selling Service Now services or similar enterprise technology solutions .
Ability to build relationships with international clients , especially in the US and European markets .
Strong communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
A self-driven and proactive mindset , with a passion for growing business.
Good to Have
Experience working with a Service Now partner organization .
Familiarity with Service Now modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM .
A network of contacts within enterprise IT leadership or digital transformation teams .
