Senior UX Researcher (Quantitative Research) – 8+ Years

Hyderabad (Hybrid – 3 Days Work from Office Mandatory)

Blue Spire is seeking an experienced  Senior UX Researcher  with strong expertise in quantitative research methodologies and data-driven decision-making.

This role offers an opportunity to shape customer experiences across digital banking and financial services platforms by uncovering actionable insights from user behavior, customer feedback, and product usage data.
The ideal candidate will partner closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Data Analysts, and Engineering teams to influence product strategy and enhance customer experiences through rigorous research and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to define measurable research objectives and success metrics.
Analyze large-scale behavioral, survey, and experimental data to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for product improvement.
Design and execute quantitative research studies, including:
Surveys
A/B Testing
Multivariate Testing
Usage Analytics
Log Data Analysis
Develop and apply statistical models to evaluate usability, customer engagement, and satisfaction across digital platforms.
Create dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor customer experience health and key performance indicators.
Translate complex research findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders and leadership teams.
Design studies that address both customer behaviors and attitudes.
Lead end-to-end primary research initiatives using a broad range of quantitative research methodologies.
Collaborate effectively within Agile product development teams to drive evidence-based product decisions.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of experience  in UX Research, Customer Experience Research, Human-Centered Research, or Quantitative User Research.
Strong expertise in:
Quantitative Research Methods
Statistics and Data Analysis
Experimental Design
Survey Methodologies
Psychometric Analysis
Hands-on experience with digital analytics platforms such as:
Google Analytics
Adobe Analytics
Glassbox
Similar user behavior analytics tools
Experience building dashboards and visualizing insights using  Tableau .
Strong ability to communicate research findings through data visualization and compelling storytelling.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience working in Agile development environments is highly preferred.
Exposure to Banking, Financial Services, Fin Tech, or Digital Product organizations is highly desirable.

Education
Full-time Arts, Science, or Engineering degree only.

Must be willing to work in a Hybrid model (3 days per week from office).
Candidates should currently reside in or around Hyderabad.
Relocation candidates will not be considered.
