Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Implement and configure SAP Success Factors Learning (LMS) module end-to-end
Configure learning items, curricula, programs, assignments, approvals, and notifications
Set up users, roles, permissions, security, and proxy access
Manage assignment profiles, automated assignments, and compliance tracking
Configure blended learning, online content, and instructor-led training (ILT)
