SAP FICO Functional Consultant

We are looking for an SAP FICO Functional Consultant with 3–4 years of experience in SAP Finance and Controlling modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration, support, testing, and business process analysis, along with a good understanding of finance and accounting processes.

Shift

Hours:

3:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST.

Key Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP FICO modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Work closely with business users to resolve functional issues and provide system support.
Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments and enhancements.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM and SD modules.
Maintain functional documentation and process-related records.

Required Skills
3–4 years of SAP FICO functional experience.
Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, AA, Cost Center Accounting, and Profit Center Accounting.
Experience in SAP configuration and support activities.
Understanding of integration between SAP FICO and MM/SD modules.
Experience in requirement gathering, testing, and issue resolution.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
Exposure to SAP S/4

HANA.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation processes.
SAP FICO certification is a plus.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
