Amotion AI builds AI products for large enterprises. Our client for which we are hiring is building a product - an AI chatbot that lets SAP users ask business questions in plain English and get accurate answers from their own data — no SQL knowledge needed, no data analyst required.
The product is live, processing real queries in production. It converts plain-English questions into database queries, verifies the results before showing them, and achieves 99.5% query execution accuracy across 354 tested business scenarios. We are hiring a Technical PM to help scale it and build the product further based on market demand and requirements.
The role
You sit between product strategy and engineering. Your job is to take what the product needs to do and turn it into clear, detailed requirements that engineers can build from. You then track that work through to delivery.
What you will own
Writing detailed product requirements — user stories, API specs, acceptance criteria — for the core AI query engine, the business language layer, and enterprise customer integrations
Managing the active backlog, setting sprint priorities, and coordinating releases across product phases
Collecting and structuring requirements from paying enterprise customers across the Middle East and Southeast Asia
Working with engineering on the accuracy testing system — how the chatbot's query performance is measured, tracked, and improved over time
Coordinating security certification work (SOC 2, ISO 27001) into the product roadmap
What we need from you
5+ years in product management, with at least 2 years as a Technical PM on a B2B SaaS product
Ability to write specs engineers build from directly — data models, API definitions, edge cases, error conditions
Comfortable reading code, database schemas, and system design documents without needing them translated
Experience running a technical backlog with a structured prioritization system
Direct customer-facing PM experience — discovery calls, requirement gathering, managing conflicting inputs from multiple stakeholders
Good to have
Background in data, analytics, BI, or developer tools (Snowflake, dbt, Power
BI, Databricks, or similar)
Familiarity with AI products built on large language models, especially tools that generate SQL or code from natural language
Working knowledge of SAP and other ERPs
Exposure to enterprise deployment requirements such as role-based access controls, audit logging, or fully offline (air-gapped) environments
