Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Service Now ITOM suite components, including:
CSDM
CMDB
Discovery
Service Mapping
Event Management
Understand infrastructure environment setup (Server, Network, Storage, etc.).
Work with monitoring tools and integrate them with Service Now.
Perform unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing.
Create repeatable processes for development, testing, staging, and production environments ensuring reliability and high availability.
Develop integrations using REST API, SOAP, or other technologies.
Work with base platform features and reporting capabilities.
Adhere to Agile/Scrum methodology and ITIL standards.
Ensure compliance with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Required Qualifications
Service Now Certified Systems Administrator .
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
Basic understanding of ITIL/industry standards.
Familiarity with SDLC processes.
Technical Skills
Service Now ITOM suite (CSDM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).
Basic knowledge of Cloud fundamentals and Windows/Unix administration.
Intermediate understanding of infrastructure environments.
Scripting and Reg Ex expertise:
Java Script
Unix Shell scripting
Windows scripting
Power Shell
Integration experience using REST API, SOAP, JDBC, SFTP.
Behavioral Competencies
Effective verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong interpersonal skills for collaborative teamwork.
Ability to participate and provide feedback during planning meetings (pre-iteration and retrospectives).
Preferred Certifications
ITIL V3/V4 Foundation Certification.
Service Now certifications in Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
