We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – Engagement to lead user retention, engagement, and lifecycle experiences across our platform.
Role Mission
Your mission is to transform studying into an engaging, AI-driven experience that students consistently return to.
You will own the complete student engagement journey — from onboarding to renewal — with a strong focus on improving retention, stickiness, and learning outcomes.
What You’ll Own
User Engagement Strategy Across Cohorts
Design tailored engagement experiences for different learner groups:
K-5: Gamified, parent-friendly experiences that build trust and make learning enjoyable.
Classes 6-10: Interactive learning journeys that connect school learning with after-school engagement.
Classes 11-12 (JEE/NEET): High-impact tools focused on speed, precision, and measurable outcomes.
Product Execution & Delivery
Work closely with Engineering, Design, QA, and Content teams to build scalable engagement features.
Write detailed PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and logic flows.
Drive sprint planning, prioritization, and timely product releases.
AI-Driven Product Innovation
Build intelligent engagement systems that predict drop-offs and trigger personalized nudges.
Integrate Generative AI and LLM-powered workflows to simplify and improve the learning experience.
User Journey & Funnel Optimization
Define and optimize the student lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
Identify funnel drop-offs and run A/B experiments to improve engagement and conversion.
Data & Impact Analysis
Use analytics to measure the impact of engagement initiatives on retention, renewals, learning outcomes, and business growth.
Balance student engagement with healthy learning behavior to avoid burnout.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor Product Managers and APMs.
Build a culture of experimentation, ownership, and data-driven decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
Experience
7+ years in Product Management
Minimum 2 years leading teams in high-scale B2C products
Experience in EdTech, Gaming, or Consumer Tech preferred
Skills
Strong understanding of retention, gamification, behavioral design, and user psychology
Hands-on experience with AI-powered product experiences
Strong analytical and cohort analysis capabilities
Ability to collaborate across Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Content teams
Education
B.Tech (CS/IT preferred) from Tier-1 institutes such as IIT, BITS, or NIT
Traits

Adaptable in fast-paced environments
Deep empathy for students and parents
