Position: Performance Specialist
Performance Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In Ads, analytics, conversion tracking, and lead generation campaigns. The role requires strong analytical skills, campaign optimization expertise, and the ability to drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Advertising
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on:
Linked In Ads
Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, You Tube)
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Remarketing & Retargeting Campaigns
Campaign Management
Create campaign strategies aligned with business goals.
Conduct keyword research and audience targeting.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, and creatives.
Improve CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and ROI.
Analytics & Tracking
Set up and manage:
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Conversion Tracking
Event Tracking
UTM Parameters
Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
Lead Generation
Execute B2B and B2C lead generation campaigns.
Optimize landing pages for higher conversions.
Work closely with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Reporting
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Track KPIs such as:
Cost Per Lead (CPL)
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Revenue Attribution
Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Market Research
Conduct competitor analysis.
Identify new advertising opportunities and growth channels.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of:
Linked In Campaign Manager
Google Ads
Meta Ads Manager
Google Analytics 4
Google Ads Certification preferred.
Search Console
Understanding of Landing Page Optimization

Experience with conversion tracking and attribution models.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Google Ads & Analytics Certifications.

Experience with CRM tools like Hub Spot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar.
Experience managing budgets of ₹50,000 to ₹10,00,000+ per month.
