Roles and Responsibilities:

Serve as the key contact between Commercial Controlling and IT, gathering requirements and formalizing process, data, and flow expectations.
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities by analyzing Crystal data, identifying trends, and resolving calculation issues under tight deadlines.
Define and maintain cost allocation and differentiation rules expressed in formulas, coefficients, and decision tables.
Prepare functional specifications and support development with the technical team, including creation of test scenarios and assistance with user acceptance testing.
Design and maintain dashboards and ad-hoc reports using SAP BW, SAP Analytical Cloud, and Power BI, including governance activities such as user access control and documentation.

Skills Required:

8-12 years of total professional experience in a relevant field such as manufacturing, cost accounting, financial analysis, or business intelligence.
MS SQL Server and T-SQL experience, including reading, analyzing, and adapting stored procedures and complex SQL queries.
C# and OOP concepts to review and analyze existing application code for troubleshooting and functional impact assessment.
SAP BW functional management and the ability to create advanced calculated figures, query filters, and queries in SAP BW/SAC.
Proven experience with SAP Analytical Cloud (SAC) and Power BI for reporting, data visualization, and business insights.
Good to Have:
Angular and HTML5 exposure for understanding the Crystal web interface and functional behavior.

Experience with project management practices and structured rollout activities to new production plants.

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or Engineering Sciences.
