Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Order Management (OMS) Lead to play a key role in a large-scale global Salesforce transformation initiative. This individual will serve as the Product Owner for Order Management capabilities, partnering with operations, sales, fulfillment, and business leaders to design and deliver scalable order-to-cash solutions across a consolidated Salesforce platform.
This role will lead a distributed delivery team, collaborate with multiple consulting partners, and drive the evolution of order management processes as the organization transitions toward long-term ownership of its Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce Order Management expertise, strong business process acumen, and the ability to influence stakeholders across both business and technology organizations.
Duties & Responsibilities
:
Serve as Product Owner for Salesforce Order Management, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to define priorities and drive platform enhancements
.Lead discovery sessions, requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design activities for complex order-to-cash processes
.Manage and provide direction to a distributed Salesforce delivery team, including offshore resources
.Collaborate with multiple implementation partners and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of OMS initiatives
.Drive alignment across operations, sales, fulfillment, and customer service stakeholders while balancing competing priorities
.Translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce Order Management solutions across Order Capture, Fulfillment, Orchestration, Inventory, Payments, Returns, and Service integrations
.Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, order accuracy, customer experience, and cycle times
.Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to executive and cross-functional stakeholders
.
Required Experience & Skill
s:3+ years of experience with Salesforce Order Management and end-to-end order lifecycle processe
s.Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash business processes and Salesforce OMS best practice
s.Experience serving as a Product Owner, Functional Lead, Business Analyst, or Consultant on enterprise Salesforce initiative
s.Hands-on experience with Salesforce Order Management configuration and workflow desig
n.Experience integrating OMS solutions with ERP, fulfillment, inventory, payment, and customer service platform
s.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organizatio
n.Experience leading distributed or offshore delivery team
s.Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skill
s.Exposure to Salesforce CPQ is preferre
d.
Experience with OMS platforms such as Manhattan, Sterling, Net Suite, SAP, or similar solutions is highly desirabl
e.Consulting background and experience supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives strongly preferre
