We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls from international business clients
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance
• Resolve customer queries and technical issues efficiently
• Create, update, and manage support tickets
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and escalations
Required Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience in International Voice Process preferred
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge
• Familiarity with ticketing tools and CRM applications
• Ability to work in rotational shifts
Preferred Experience:
• Technical Support / Helpdesk / Service Desk
• B2B Customer Support
• International Inbound Voice Process
