Lead Generation & Data Operations Specialist
Hyderabad (On-Site)

About the role
We run high-volume outbound — thousands of cold emails and 5–10 cold callers daily — targeting D2C and e-commerce founders. We're looking for someone to own the top of our funnel as a system: not just pulling lists, but deciding who to target, why a source is or isn't working, and where to find better data when one dries up. You'll be the person who keeps our pipeline full of high-converting leads, not just lots of leads.

What you'll do
Build and maintain targeted lead lists matching our ideal customer profile (D2C / e-commerce founders and decision-makers)
⁠Source data across multiple tools (Apollo, Linked In Sales Navigator, scrapers, data vendors) and evaluate them on cost, accuracy, and coverage
Diagnose pipeline leakage — when reply rates or connect rates drop, find out why (list quality, segment fatigue, deliverability) and fix it
⁠Continuously test and onboard new data sources to keep volume and quality high
⁠Own data hygiene: deduplication, email verification (Million Verifier / Reoon), and bounce management to protect sending domains
⁠Work closely with the SDR/calling team and feed clean, segmented data into our email tool (Instantly) and CRM

What we're looking for
⁠2–4 years in B2B lead generation, list building, or sales/data operations
Hands-on experience feeding an outbound engine — you've seen campaigns succeed and fail and learned from both
⁠Strong grasp of lead sourcing tools and their trade-offs
⁠Comfortable with data — spreadsheets, dedup logic, verification workflows (SQL/Supabase a plus)
⁠A diagnostic mindset: you think in conversions-per-thousand, not raw volume
⁠Awareness of data compliance (DPDP Act) and cold-outreach best practices

Experience with Instantly or similar cold email platforms
Familiarity with the Indian D2C / e-commerce ecosystem
