This is a full-time, on-site Senior L3 Network Engineer (Cisco & Aruba Specialist) role based in Hyderabad. The Senior L3 Network Engineer will design, implement, and optimize complex enterprise networks, with a strong focus on Cisco and Aruba switching, routing, and wireless solutions. Responsibilities include advanced L3 troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance tuning across multi-site networks and data centers. The role involves maintaining network security controls, collaborating with cybersecurity and cloud teams on secure architectures, and creating detailed network documentation and standards.

The engineer will also mentor junior team members, participate in on-call escalation, and support upgrades, migrations, and incident response for critical customer environments.

• Design, configure, and maintain enterprise Cisco and Aruba network infrastructure.

• Manage and optimize Layer 3 networking environments including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VRFs, and VLAN segmentation.

• Troubleshoot routing, failover, and network performance issues.

• Support high-availability network architectures and business-critical infrastructure.

• Perform network upgrades, firmware maintenance, configuration reviews, and capacity planning.

• Deploy and support Aruba wireless infrastructure.

• Administer Aruba Central and Aruba Clear Pass environments.

• Configure and maintain secure wireless access controls and NAC policies.

• Optimize wireless coverage, performance, and roaming capabilities.

• Troubleshoot authentication, connectivity, and wireless performance issues.

• Support secure enterprise network segmentation and connectivity initiatives.

• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams on network architecture and access control strategies.

• Integrate network environments with firewall platforms and security solutions.

• Support VPN connectivity, site-to-site networking, and edge routing services.

• Ensure adherence to network security best practices and operational standards.

• Serve as the senior escalation point for complex network incidents and outages.

• Utilize monitoring platforms such as Solar Winds and Cisco DNA Center.

• Develop performance baselines, dashboards, and proactive alerting mechanisms.

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions.

• Drive continuous improvement of network reliability and performance.

• 8+ years of enterprise networking experience.

• Strong hands-on expertise with:

• Cisco IOS/XE/NX-OS

• ArubaOS-CX

• Deep knowledge of:

• Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)

• Enterprise switching architectures

• High-availability network design

• Network segmentation

• Experience managing enterprise wireless and NAC environments.

• Strong troubleshooting skills across multi-site enterprise networks.

• Experience integrating network infrastructure with security and firewall technologies.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments.

• Exposure to SD-WAN technologies and WAN optimization solutions.

• Experience working closely with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams.

• Familiarity with advanced network monitoring and performance management practices.
