ewAs a Product Designer II, you will own product verticals end-to-end. You will collaborate directly with the Founders, Product Management, and Engineering to transform ambiguous user pain points into highly polished, intuitive, and production-ready digital experience

Lead the entire design lifecycle, including user research, information architecture, wire framing, high-fidelity UI design, prototyping, and developer hando

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner closely with engineering teams to navigate technical constraints, review builds, and conduct frontend design QA to ensure shipped code matches your design inte
nt.
Feature Strategy:
Translate business objectives and complex AI logic into simple, seamless user flows that drive core consumer metrics (engagement, conversion, and retentio
n).Speed & Quality Balance:
Navigate the trade-offs between shipping a scrappy, functional MVP to gather user data versus executing highly polished, pixel-perfect desi
gn.

Strong awareness of how design impacts business levers. Ability to ruthlessly prioritize high-impact features to avoid scope creep in a fast-moving startup environm

lity Figma Architecture:

Experience & Qualifi
cations3 to 6 years of professional experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or equivalent role—specifically working on consumer-facing web or mobile applic
ations.

teams.
