About the Role
SocialDNA is hiring a  Paid Advertising Associate  to execute performance campaigns across  Google Ads ,  Facebook ,  Instagram ,  Linked In ,  Twitter , and  Snapchat . You’ll work under a senior strategist and focus mainly on  hands-on execution, reporting, and basic optimization .

What You’ll Do
Set up and manage campaigns on Google & major social platforms
Execute targeting, budgets, creatives, tracking, & UTM setup
Monitor performance and perform basic optimization
Deliver accurate weekly/monthly performance reports
Follow senior strategy guidance and ensure flawless execution
Coordinate with internal teams for creatives and tracking requirements

What We’re Looking For
1–2 years  experience in paid ads execution
Strong hands-on skills with Google Ads & Social Ads
Good with reporting, analytics, and campaign hygiene
Detail-oriented, process-driven, and eager to learn
Basic understanding of optimization levers

Success KPIs
Error-free campaign launches
Quality & timeliness of reports
Achievement of performance benchmarks (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
Consistent monitoring & proactive issue flagging
