Senior Performance Marketing Expert

We're looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Expert who can take complete ownership of our lead generation efforts across Meta Ads and Google Ads.

What You'll Do

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns.

Generate qualified leads consistently while maintaining target CPL and ROI.

Create and improve ad copies, creatives, hooks, and campaign messaging.

Work closely with designers/video editors to develop high-converting creatives and UGC-style ads.

Optimize landing pages, conversion funnels, and campaign performance.

Handle A/B testing, audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign scaling.

Support SEO initiatives and overall digital marketing growth.

Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

Requirements

Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.

Proven track record of generating leads through Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Strong understanding of ad copywriting, creatives, UGC videos, and conversion optimization.

Experience managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work with international clients.

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Points

Experience running lead generation campaigns for Real Estate businesses in international markets.

Experience generating B2B leads for IT Services, AI, SaaS, or Technology companies.

Experience managing complete digital marketing functions, including paid ads, landing pages, CRO, and SEO.
