Role Summary
The Oracle EBS HRMS Technical Consultant will be responsible for technical development, maintenance, and support of Oracle HRMS applications. The role involves developing technical components, supporting enhancements, and ensuring adherence to development standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflow (RICEFW) components.
Provide support for bug fixing and minor application enhancements.
Perform data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
Assist senior team members in technical development and support tasks.
Ensure compliance with coding standards, documentation standards, and best practices.
Support technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Key Skills
PL/SQL
Oracle Forms & Reports
BI Publisher / XML Publisher
Oracle APIs and Interfaces
Basic understanding of Oracle HRMS modules
Experience
3+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Technical Development.
Experience in Oracle HRMS technical support and development activities.
