The content gets created. Your job is making sure it goes live — on time, every time — and that no audience question goes unanswered.

About CGxperts
We're a Hyderabad-based digital agency managing the social media presence of healthcare clinics, education institutes, and D2C brands. Our content team handles the strategy and creative. We need someone who owns the publishing side — scheduling, engagement, analytics — with zero dropped balls.

What you'll do

• Schedule and publish content for all client accounts using Metricool

• Manage CGxperts' own Linked In and Instagram (posting + community engagement)

• Respond to comments and DMs across all managed accounts within 24 hours

• Flag anything that gets unusual engagement — positive or negative — to the team immediately

• Pull monthly analytics reports from Metricool for each client by Day 25

• Maintain the master posting calendar — content goes live only when it's on the calendar

What we're looking for

• You've managed social accounts — even personal projects or college club pages count if you can show the work

• You've used a scheduling tool — Metricool, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar

• You don't miss posting schedules. Content going out late is client money left on the table.

• You respond to comments and DMs properly — professional, on-brand, not copy-paste

• You can read basic analytics: reach, engagement rate, follower growth — and explain what they mean

The trial task
You'll receive content (captions + images) and a brief. Your task: schedule a 1-week, 5-post calendar across Instagram and Linked In in Metricool or Buffer. We check: correct image sizing, caption formatting, hashtag placement, scheduled times. 2 hours.
