We are seeking a Senior Network Specialist to join our Hyderabad team. If you thrive on complex routing logic, robust switching design, and mastering foundational network protocols from the ground up, this is your next playground.
Who This Role Is NOT For
No NOC Analysts: If your day consists of monitoring dashboards and escalating alerts, this is not the right fit.
No Technical Support Engineers: We are not looking for helpdesk or reactive troubleshooting profiles.
No Remote Workers: This is a 100% Work from Office model in Hyderabad.
Who We Are Looking For
You are a core infrastructure expert with 5 to 10 years of experience who loves engineering complex routing and switching environments, driving automation, and troubleshooting deep protocol layers.
Technical Arsenal Required
Core Networking Expertise
Advanced Routing: Deep, authoritative knowledge of BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, and IPSec VPNs.
Advanced Switching: Solid mastery of STP, VTP, HSRP, VRRP, Trunking Protocols, and Stacking.
SD-WAN Architecture: Proven, real-world experience configuring and optimizing enterprise SD-WAN implementations.
L2 & L3 Protocols
Network Control (Layer 2/3): High proficiency optimizing Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols, QoS, NTP, and DHCP for peak enterprise performance.
Network Management: Deep familiarity with CDP, FTP, TFTP, and SNMP.
Security Frameworks: Advanced implementation of SSH, HTTPS, AAA, IPSec, and Trust Sec to lock down data.
Platforms & Automation
Cisco Ecosystem: Expert-level configuration and deep-dive troubleshooting across Cisco IOS, IOS-XR, and IOS-XE platforms.
Infrastructure as Code: A passion for efficiency—experience using Python or scripting languages to automate network tasks and eliminate manual work.
Soft Skills
Clear Articulation: Ability to confidently explain complex network design and protocol behavior to stakeholders.
Problem Ownership: A proactive mindset that takes a core networking challenge from initial diagnosis to final optimization.
